Every price on this site is shown in US Dollars (USD).
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Your monthly page allowance resets on your renewal date. Unused pages do not roll over.
Cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
The Free plan never renews into a paid plan and never asks for card details.
Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. Where it applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
We give 30 days' email notice before any price change. Cancel before renewal and you never pay it.

Refunds and cancellation Terms of service

Paying safely

Card payments are processed entirely by an external payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level in the standard.
Your card number is entered on the provider's own secure form. Colorune never sees, handles or stores it. We receive only the card brand and last four digits so you can recognise it.
Every page of this site, including checkout, is served over HTTPS.
On your statement the charge appears under a descriptor that includes alestrasara.shop, so it is easy to recognise.
Recognise a charge you did not expect? Email support@alestrasara.shop and we will sort it out, usually the same day.

Questions about billing

What does the Free plan actually include?

Three pages per calendar month, every style, both detail levels, and a PNG download. Free pages carry a visible Colorune watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use. The Free plan never asks for card details and never turns into a paid plan on its own.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices on this site are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Do unused pages roll over?

No. Your allowance resets on your renewal date each month and any unused pages are not carried forward.

How do I cancel?

Cancel at any time from your account page, or email support@alestrasara.shop and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If something went wrong we will put it right. Full details, including the 14-day window and how unused allowances are treated, are set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
